How is the family composition confirmed?
These are published family fee bands. Each child or other proposed dependant must satisfy applicable conditions. Confirm ages, dependency and the final family group before engagement.

What should be agreed before signing?
Confirm in writing the contracting party, included family members, itemised fees and payment accounts, interview and attendance arrangements, and how costs are handled following refusal or early termination.
An itemised scope helps prevent duplicated charges or treating the starting amount as an all-inclusive cost.
DSP is a contribution route and should not be treated as a redeemable investment. Do not combine prices or payment rules from different programmes.

Applicants & family
Establish suitability before finalising the document list and arrangements.
Identity & background
Review nationality, residence history, occupation and previous visa records, with accurate disclosure of information relevant to assessment.
Family members
Review relationships and dependency for the spouse, children and other proposed members. Inclusion, applicable ages and evidence must be confirmed individually under current DSP requirements.
Assets & source of funds
Prepare evidence explaining how wealth was accumulated and how the contribution is funded. Payment routes, account ownership and supporting records should be consistent.

Conatus Mobility coordinates identity, family and other required documentation, and confirms oath, identity verification, biometric and attendance arrangements.

Citizenship & passport
Following approval, Conatus Mobility can help coordinate applicable payments, the oath, citizenship registration and passport applications. The precise services and fees are agreed in writing before engagement.
Travel & visas
Ordinary Vanuatu passport holders generally need an appropriate visa in advance for the Schengen area and the United Kingdom. Check the destination, purpose and personal circumstances separately.
Tax & other status
Citizenship does not automatically change tax residence, banking decisions or residence rights elsewhere. Review these against actual residence and existing status.
Can every step be completed remotely?
Do not plan on an entirely remote process. Before engagement, confirm current passport identity verification, biometric collection and oath requirements, locations and timing, then allow for the necessary travel and budget.
Passport issuance, visas and permission to enter are separate matters. Check the destination’s current requirements before travelling.

When is the programme payment due?
Follow the applicable DSP rules and formal payment instructions. Conatus Mobility helps confirm amounts, recipient accounts, stages and deadlines. Preliminary clearance is not final approval; another country’s payment sequence should not be assumed.
Is a fixed approval date guaranteed?
No. Document completeness, due diligence, additional enquiries and government scheduling can affect timing. We coordinate the process and communications without guaranteeing the decision or a fixed completion date.
What happens to fees after refusal or early termination?
Distinguish programme funds, incurred review and document costs, and agreed professional fees. Refund conditions, deductions and procedures should be confirmed in writing before engagement; no blanket full-refund promise is made.
Does the passport allow visa-free Schengen or UK travel?
Vanuatu citizenship should not be treated as a basis for ordinary visa-free entry to the Schengen area or the UK. The EU ended the previous exemption and Vanuatu remains on the UK visitor visa-national list. Any exception depends on the destination’s rules.
